She was Director of CRM at Freddie Mac and spent over a decade in the BPO industry, where she served as Global VP of Business Intelligence at Teleperformance, the world’s #1 call center company.
Alejandra is a Salesforce expert and founder of 10X Cloud Value, a boutique consultancy that helps Salesforce clients get real value from the platform. She also launched an e-commerce venture fully automated with strategic AI implementations.
She’s a bilingual speaker (English/Spanish) with experience in high-level events such as Salesforce Dreamforce, eXpcon, and various industry podcasts. She holds an MBA from the University of Miami, with concentrations in Marketing and Finance. She’s also a licensed real estate investor and agent.
