Together, we transformed how Deloitte does business using the platform created value for multiple Business Areas, Member Firms and transformational programs like global CRM. We enabled strategic initivates and investments as part of the 360° Alliance with Salesforce.

As CRM Director, I built the Salesforce COE, a Business + IT team of "black-belts" transforming how Freddie Mac improves the way they serve millions of customers and empowers employees to adopt new ways of working. As Product Owner, I drove the Salesforce transformation roadmap across the Single-Family and Investment Capital Markets areas which helped increase market share, improve customer and employee satisfaction.
