Terms of Service

By accessing or using Chief AI Wiz's services, including any associated content, materials, or programs (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”), which govern your use of our website and programs. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not access or use our Services.

Chief AI Wiz, a brand owned by 10X Cloud Value LLC, offers live virtual training and services hosted on community.chiefaiwiz.com via Circle.so, a third-party app. Your use of the Services is subject to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

By using the Services, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older and capable of entering into binding contracts.

2. Program Access & Duration

You are granted access to the purchased program and materials for 90 days from the program start date. This includes recordings, resources, and materials available via the Circle.so platform.

3. No Sharing of Access

Access to the program is intended for individual use only. Sharing access credentials with others, or allowing others to view or participate in the program under your account, is strictly prohibited. Violation of this term may result in immediate termination of your access without refund.

4. Payment Terms

Payment for all Services must be made in full at the time of registration unless an installment plan is agreed upon. All payments are non-refundable and final due to the nature of the live training programs.

5. No Refunds & Cancellation Policy

By registering for any program with Chief AI Wiz, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds or cancellations are allowed. All sales are final due to the live, virtual nature of the training services. Once payment is made, it cannot be refunded, even if you are unable to attend or complete the program.

6. Recording Consent & Intellectual Property of Recordings

By registering into any of Chief AI Wiz’s program training sessions, you acknowledge and grant permission to be recorded. These recordings may capture your voice, image, and any content you share during the sessions. You further grant Chief AI Wiz and 10X Cloud Value LLC the right to use these recordings for training, marketing, promotional, or other business purposes.. Chief AI Wiz retains full ownership of all materials, recordings, and content created during live sessions. By participating in the program, you grant 10X Cloud Value LLC and Chief AI Wiz the right to use your image, likeness, voice, and any statements or content shared during live video calls or in the community platform, for marketing, sales, promotional purposes, and any other lawful purposes in perpetuity. This release applies to all materials captured during live sessions or posted in the community.

7. Program Materials & Community Platform

The program materials, resources, and recordings are hosted on community.chiefaiwiz.com, a third-party platform powered by Circle.so. We are not responsible for any data breaches, platform failures, or service disruptions caused by this third-party provider.

8. Affiliate Disclosure

Some of the links provided in the program, community, or materials may be affiliate links, meaning Chief AI Wiz may earn a commission if you make a purchase through those links.

9. Copyright and Limited License

All content, materials, and resources provided during the program are the intellectual property of 10X Cloud Value LLC. You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use these materials solely for your personal use. Reproduction, distribution, or unauthorized sharing of any materials or content is strictly prohibited.

11. Designated Agent for Copyright Complaints

In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), if you believe any content infringes on your copyright, you may contact our Designated Agent:

Chief AI Wiz and 10X Cloud Value LLC are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected to the use of the Services.

13. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Services following changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.
