3. If you are in Gemini, click "Share and Export", then "Draft in Gmail".  Add your personal touch and hit send!

Get Organized with ChatGPT

1. List your tasks or have a conversation about what's on your plate.
2. Ask: "Help me organize these tasks into a prioritized to-do list with categories: 'urgent,' 'important,' and 'can wait.' Suggest tools or methods to streamline these tasks:"
3. Iterate and ask specific recommendations based on the output.

Pro-Tip: Don't just generate a few ideas - ask for 40 or 50. AI excels at producing a large quantity of options, allowing you to curate the best ones. This approach can lead to more innovative and diverse content strategies.

3: Research Smarter with Perplexity AI

1. Access Perplexity AI (use Pro for live web access) or alternatives like ChatGPT4 or Gemini.
2. Ask: "Research [trends] for [your business plan]. My niche is [your niche]. Provide [the latest trends, key statistics, and insights], especially on [current market size and growth projections]".
3. Review answers, sources, and ask for a summary of the most reliable information. Remember to always fact-check AI outputs as LLMs can sometimes hallucinate and make things up.

Data and Document Analysis

1. Gather data in supported formats including: .txt, .html, .pdf, .doc, .xls, .csv or .jpg, .png, .gif.

7. Plan Travel Itineraries with Gemini

Google's Gemini has a superpower that not too many know about: It's integrated with Google Flights, Hotels, and Maps! So it can act as your travel agent and help you plan any itinerary.

1. In Gemini's settings, enable extensions to Google Flights, Hotels and Maps.
2. Ask: "Plan a business trip itinerary for one adult to [destination] on [dates]. Find the best [morning] flight [business class], a hotel with top Google reviews [near landmark], and suggest activities for [a first-time visitor]".
